Joseph Weinhoffer
Director and Founder
Joe founded Quadriserv in 2001 and served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board through May of 2008.
Prior to his career at Quadriserv, Joe was co-founder and CEO of Vendquest, a business to business marketplace.
Joe began his financial services career at The Bank of New York. He held positions in custody, mutual fund operations, mutual fund client service and in securities lending. In 1992, Joe joined Merrill Lynch and launched one of the first third-party securities lending businesses. In 1995, Joe moved on to Morgan Stanley and led the global expansion effort of their custody and third-party securities lending business. In 2009, Joe joined Mitsubishi UFJ Securities as Managing Director and Global Head of Securities Lending.
Joe is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Joe currently serves on the board of the Oratory Preparatory School in Summit, NJ.
