Michael Clancy
Chief Financial Officer
Mike joined Quadriserv as the Chief Financial Officer in June 2010 with responsibilities for all Finance, Treasury and Tax matters.
Mike has over 25 years of financial services experience including over six years with Fidelity Investments where he held roles as a Senior Vice President in the Brokerage Risk Management and Operations and Services groups. Prior to Fidelity, Mike spent three years at Instinet Group, LLC where he was the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and contributed to the Company’s initial public offering. Mike is also a former Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC where he spent 13 years specializing in assisting the firm’s Capital Markets clients in the Financial Services Business Assurance practice.
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of various industry and professional groups. He is a graduate of Pace University where he obtained a BS in Public Accounting.
