Gregory W. DePetris

Co-Founder

Greg is Quadriserv's co-Founder and Chief Strategic Officer, and has played a leading role in guiding the Company from start-up to an emerging leader in bringing marketplace efficiency and innovation to the securities lending industry. Most notably, Greg is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Company, and has served as the chief liaison between the Company and federal regulators, financial exchanges, institutional clients and the academic community. In addition, Greg has played a key role in the Company's successful equity and debt financings from institutions such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi Global Markets, Interactive Brokers, International Securities Exchange (ISE), Renaissance Technologies, Susquehanna Investment Group, Bessemer Venture Partners and SunGard.

Greg began his career as a commodities floor broker and proprietary trader. He co-founded Intrade (www.intrade.com), the world's largest prediction market, and PDQ ATS (www.pdqats.com), a company designed to democratize modern-day trading through the creation of a confidential, high-speed electronic crowd. Greg is an advisor to a number of early stage companies and investment firms, currently serves on the boards of ExchangeLab, Inc., PDQ Enterprises, LLC, Sedgwick & Cedar, Inc., and is a frequent speaker on capital markets issues.
