• Synthetic Trading: Quadriserv Brokerage Services, Inc., an NFA member, provides information and access to the security futures markets, one of the growing exchange-traded synthetic equity financing alternatives.

Since its formation, the Company has achieved several business milestones:

• July 2005: Quadriserv, Inc. announces Bessemer Venture Partners as its first institutional investor.
• August 2007: Quadriserv, Inc. releases Aquas, a technology portal to the securities lending industry.
• November 2007: Quadriserv, Inc. completes its second strategic institutional financing round.
