Tom Perna
Executive Chairman

Tom recently retired as the Senior Executive Vice President at The Bank of New York, where he was responsible for relationship management, client services, product management and operations for several of the Bank's businesses including domestic and global custody, government securities clearance, securities lending, mutual funds custody, unit investment trust and the banking needs of the financial services, government, and securities industries.

Tom joined The Bank of New York in February 1986, when the bank acquired Fidata Trust Company (Bradford Trust Company), an innovative supplier of processing services to the institutional marketplace, where Tom served as president and chief executive officer. Prior to joining Fidata, Tom served in systems and operations positions with the New York Stock Exchange member firms of DeCoppett & Doremus and H. Hentz & Company. He served on the Boards of Directors of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Euroclear Bank S.A. and Euroclear Clearance System Plc and is a member of a number of banking and securities industry associations.

Gregory W. DePetris
Co-Founder

Greg began his career in the futures industry as a floor broker and proprietary trader in most major commodities, co-operating a successful foreign exchange arbitrage operation in his last three years on the floor. Following his tenure as a trader, Mr. DePetris co-founded Tradesports plc (Intrade), a Dublin, Ireland based company that is the first to apply futures market and exchange technology to economic and geopolitical events. Following the establishment of Tradesports, Greg co-founded ExchangeLab, Inc., an intellectual property development company specializing in the application of intelligent agent technology to trading.

Greg was one of the youngest certificated members ever admitted to the National Futures Association and attended Fordham University. He currently serves on the boards of ExchangeLab, Inc. and PDQ Enterprises, LLC.

Martin Hakker
Co-Founder and Executive Vice President

Marty, a founder of Quadriserv, also founded TCAM Systems, Inc. in 1979 to provide exchange and trade order management systems to the financial services industry. He grew the company into a global leader with over 200 people, 40 major customers and $25 million in revenues. Marty was responsible for the development and implementation of seven major stock exchanges, two clearing houses and over twenty major trading systems globally.

In 1994, TCAM was sold to Stratus Computers, which two years later sold the business to OM Technology Group. Since leaving Stratus in 1996, Marty has been developing order management systems for corporations and exchanges and has served as a senior consultant to the industry. He is a recognized industry expert in trading and trading automation.

Bruce C. Turner
Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer

Bruce joined Quadriserv during May 2007 and oversees operations, sales, and business development for all aspects of Quadriserv's securities lending initiatives.

Bruce brings diverse equity markets experience to Quadriserv over a 20-year career, with increasing levels of responsibility. Bruce served as co-head of the US Equity Division at CIBC World Markets, where he developed new trading products to combat declining commission margins and was responsible for all domestic operations of CIBC's research, sales, trading and equity capital markets. Prior to his promotion to Co-Head of CIBC's Equities Division, Turner was Head of CIBC's US Equity Trading and Sales trading, where he was responsible for the day to day operation of a 150-person sales and trading desk while overseeing development of electronic and program trading. Previously, Bruce was an Executive Vice President at Nasdaq, responsible for final development of the SuperMontage Project, as well as marketing strategy and materials. Earlier in his career, Bruce was a Managing Director and Head of Nasdaq Trading at Salomon Smith Barney, where he was responsible for a 125-person sales and trading desk, as well as the development of new trading products.

Bruce holds a BA from Connecticut College (1987) and received an EMBA from the Trium Global program, a joint degree from New York University, The London School of Economics, and HEC Paris in 2007. He was a member of the Nasdaq Quality of Markets Committee, the NYSE Upstairs Traders Advisory Committee, and is currently a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals.

Sergei Poliakoff
Managing Director, Chief Information Officer

Sergei joined Quadriserv in October 2006 as Chief Information Officer. He most recently ran his own consulting firm, Union Square Advisors, which offered advice on electronic execution, prime brokerage and securities lending. Prior to that he was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, responsible for Global Execution Services Technology, covering Equity DMA and Algorithmic Trading, Institutional Cash and Program Trading. Prior to this, Sergei was co-heading Equities Derivatives Technology for NatWest Securities, and managed large projects in Equity Derivatives Technology at Morgan Stanley.

Todd Graber
Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer

Todd is the Chief Financial Officer of Quadriserv after serving as Managing Director, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance for LaBranche & Co Inc. During his nine-year tenure at LaBranche, Todd played an integral role in the initial public offering and public debt issuances of the company and participated in the due diligence and subsequent integration of several merged entities. In addition, Todd developed LaBranche's stock award program and served as the company's Assistant Secretary for four years. Prior to working at LaBranche, Todd spent three years in the Controller's Group at Lehman Brothers and two years as a public accountant for Arthur Andersen.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Michigan Business School and received his CPA in 1994. Todd currently serves as the Treasurer for the Village of Hewlett Harbor.

Rick Geisman
Managing Director, Director of Business Development

Rick joined Quadriserv in January of 2007 as Head of Business Development. In this capacity, Rick implements and oversees all aspects of sales and business development for hedge fund and institutional managers.

Prior to joining Quadriserv, Rick most recently held the position as Head of Salestrading for CIBC World Markets, bringing 13 years of sell side industry expertise to Quadriserv. As Head of Sales Trading for CIBC World Markets, he was responsible for the oversight of sales traders in New York, Boston, San Francisco and London. He was involved in the administration of research, account management and equity capital markets allocations. Prior to this experience, Rick was Co-Head of U.S. Equity Trading at CIBC World Markets, where he was responsible for all aspects of Listed and Nasdaq block trading. Previously, Rick held positions assisting in the rebuilding process at Sandler O'Neill and Partners after September 11th, 2001, and Citigroup/Smith Barney as a sector head in the financial institutions group within U.S. Equities.

His experience includes senior positions in U.S. and Canadian equity trading, technology and connectivity issues, equity research, customer relationship management and equity capital markets.

Rick holds a B.A. in Business Management from Boston University 1993.

Martin Doyle
Managing Director, General Counsel

Marty joined Quadriserv in November, 2007 as the firm's General Counsel and as such focuses on the firm's legal, regulatory and compliance issues. He also leverages his security futures background to implement and execute equity-linked derivatives trading strategies on behalf of the company’s institutional clients. Marty has been involved in financial services since 1983. In his previous position Marty was President and General Counsel of OneChicago, the nation's only single stock futures exchange. Prior to his tenure at OneChicago, Marty was Vice President and General Counsel of Lind-Waldock, which was the world's largest futures discount firm. Additionally, he serves on NFA's Hearing Committee and as an NFA arbitrator. Marty earned a BA from St. Mary's University and a juris doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago and is Series 3, 7, and 30 registered.

Thomas Little
Director of Research

Tom was most recently a quantitative analyst at Gargoyle Strategic Investments performing research in equity hedge fund strategies and electronic options market-making. Previously Tom was a National Science Foundation fellow in Global Logistics at Lehigh University where he conducted doctoral research in Markov Decision Processes. He has a Masters degree in Management Science from Lehigh University and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He has presented his research at five academic conferences where he discussed the application of probabilistic models for industrial decision-making.

Tom's current research is in the securities lending space. Working closely with leading academics, his research looks into market structure, long/short portfolio management, hedge fund trading strategies and transaction cost analysis.

Frank Campbell
Chief Software Architect

Frank Campbell joined Quadriserv in August 2006 as Chief Software Architect.
Frank most recently was with Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage, leading the technology team for their Hedge Fund Performance Measurement system. During his 6 year tenure with Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage he helped bring many of their client facing systems onto the web, as well as developing core functionality for systems in the Portfolio Analysis area. He has an extensive technical background in web technologies, as well as in large-scale financial systems and databases.

Prior to this he worked for Blue Curve in London, UK where he did consultancy for European investment banks in the early days of adoption of the web by financial institutions, and also worked on Blue Curve's web-based financial research product.

Frank holds an B.A. in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University 1994. He is also a keen musician and can occasionally be found out and about playing the piano at various New York City venues.

Katharine Gill Law
Director of Client Services

Prior to joining Quadriserv, Katie spent eight years in various positions at CIBC World Markets, most recently as the Head of U.S. Equities Business Management. In this capacity, she played an active role in directing the day-to-day operations of the U.S. Equities division including oversight of compliance, technology, business reporting and budgeting for nine branch offices including Tel Aviv and London. Prior to that, Katie spent several years as the Head of U.S. Equity Research Business Management, where she was responsible for overseeing all business administration functions within the Equity Research department.

Earlier in her career, Katie worked for IBM Global Services in London, England where she was staffed on projects for financial services clients. Katie also taught elementary school for five years in the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Katie received a BS from Syracuse University, an MS from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from New York University.

Andy Lazar
Executive Director, Hedge Fund Sales

Andy joined Quadriserv in March 2008. Prior to joining Quadriserv, he served as a Director in the U.S. Institutional Rate Product sales department of UBS Securities, LLC. During his 11 year tenure at UBS Andy was responsible for direct product distribution to hedge funds, central banks, and asset managers.

Previously, Andy was a Vice President of Fixed Income Sales at Smith Barney, and Vice President of Asia Sales at Kidder, Peabody.

Andy holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University, and an MBA in Business Administration from Regis University.

He is a first degree black belt and former Tae Kwon Do instructor, and currently serves as a Board Member of Friends of Greenwich Crew Team.
