SunGard's Loanet
On May 13, 2009, Quadriserv and SunGard announced a joint initiative under which SunGard's Loanet securities lending processing technology and Quadriserv's AQS securities lending marketplace will integrate to provide seamless transaction processing. SunGard Securities Finance (Loanet) has been and continues to work closely with Quadriserv and the AQS Securities Lending marketplace to deliver the highest level of integration and straight through processing. To date, SunGard has delivered significant operational integration for the U.S. market in supporting transaction life cycle events like borrow and loan returns, settlement interactions with the CCP, security/position reconciliation and automated mark-to-markets, all requiring little or no human interaction to process these events. SunGard 2010 ongoing efforts will deliver a similar level of integration and STP automation for electronic trading and orders, rate changes, and integration with the SunGard ARMS (Automated Recall Management System) platform.
